Do you only cook once every three months?
I'm not sure if the big companies (Sysco and US Foodservice are nationwide) will deliver on an intermittent basis. But it's worth a try. I had an annual account with Sysco San Francisco for a camp several years ago. They delivered one time per year for 7 years until I left.
Look for cash and carry-type stores in your city (or the nearest large city). They cater to small restaurants. I often find better prices at Smart and Final (a west coast company) than I get from Sysco at work. (I feed 26 in recovery home (drug rehab) and receive a Sysco truck every other week.) Also, look at Sam's Club and Costco. They carry large quantities of food and supplies.
Although it's an attractive thought to receive all food and supplies in one delivery, you can save money (being a better steward of church funds) if you shop yourself.
