Sugguestion for use of Turkey and Ham sandwiche Meat

Our youth group made super bowl subs as a fund raiser They have about 3-4 pounds each left of ham and turkey meat They also froze the packages of meat. We are not wanting to use them as sandwiches I am looking for ideas we could use these meats for a supper at our church on wednesday night
