Hi...I am looking for any recipes or tips on making egg bakes in electric 18qt roasting pans. The youth at our church are in charge of the easter breakfast every year and this year we decided on egg bakes instead of scrambled. Hoping we can use the big roasting pans and turn them on low for the night so its not as early of a morning for all of us. Anyone ever tried this or have any suggestions for me? Thanks so much....
