This is a Sunday afternoon wedding. 120 people confirmed for attendance. Ceremony begins at 3:25pm with cocktail hour following in the same location. This will then be followed by the reception again at the same location.
Cocktail hour food will be several fruit/cheese arrangements. Yogurt dip with the fruit, crackers with the cheese. Deviled eggs, Lil smokies in bbq sauce as well as meatballs in gravy. There will also be chips/dip and nuts.
During the reception will be a buffet dinner with 100 chickens quartered, 12 lbs sliced beef and 12 lbs sliced pork. 1 gallon potato salad, 1 gallon cole slaw, 1 gallon baked beans. 3 pans macaroni/cheese and 4 pans lasagna. And salad.
Dessert will be cupcakes and banana pudding.
Please let me know if adjustments should be made.
