oh my! that is toooooooooooo many salads!!
why not have a "salad bar" and let the guests choose and make their own!! make lots of toppings and choice of lettuce and dressings and be done with it!!
forget the veggie trays and make it a part of the salad bar.
and pickles , cheese, and rolls
