My suggestion is taco fetuccini. Make your taco meat very saucy like a pasta sauce. then just put the fetuccini on the plate ladel some taco sauce over the fettucini and serve with salsa and sour cream. The kids love it. I use it at school about once a month. Serve with a salad or veggies and dip.
