I want to make the bunch for brunch egg recipe. The recipe doesn't say how much butter to use for scrambling. And I assume "scrambling in butter until softly set" means to slightly cook them on the stove until softly set. Any info will be appreciated. This is for a post wedding Sunday brunch. Thank you. Diane
