Roast meal for 100

Hi there I want a second opinion on how much meat i will need to feed roughly 80 adults and 20 kids.Having chicken and beef.I;m guessin about 1.5 pcs per head of chicken and 150 grams,raw of Beef.What do you think,Also having 2 hot veg options and 3 cold salads and dessert.
