Party for 130 ppl over 18

I am having a grad party for 130, I have ordered 10 sub trays that feed 15-20 each, 2 large beef & cheese trays, a large fruit tray, 2 large relish trays, a small veggie tray, 40 lbs of potato salad and 30 lbs each of cole slaw and pasta salad, a full sheet cake and various desserts. Do you think this will be enough?
