We are having a 50th anniv. party for the in-laws. I have 111 confirmed guests but there may be a few more that show up. Mostly adults aged 40-70 with a few kids. Here is the menu. How much of each should we make?
Hot ham & shredded hot beef/rolls for sandwiches
Cheesy Potato Casserole (made with frozen hash browns)
Fresh veggies & dip
Chips & dips
A few cold salads (macaroni, potato, coleslaw type salads)
Also I am planning on using a Nesco for the cheesy potato casserole. Is it ok to double the recipe? Will the crushed corn flakes on top get soggy?
