You should figure about 4oz per person. At 4 oz you would need to purchase 50 lbs. of potaotes. Divide this into 3, and make each kind. When one is done they will have two others to choose from. You can not have enough of each kind for everyone. If you can try to get some 2 oz scoops to dish out the potaotes, that way you will have less waste. Hope this helps.
