Mexican Fiesta

We are having a Taco Bar for our main meal of our family reunion, we will serve approx. 150 people this does include kids.

We would like to have chili verde, shredded beef adn shredded chicken. My question is ho wmuch meat do we need and also how many ttrtillas should I figure per person?
