: We are having a 3rd family reunion at our home
: again this summer. We have family arrive on
: Friday afternoon and most leave on Sunday
: after lunch. We have approximately 70, this
: includes adults and children at our house
: for the weekend. Everyone is a good eater
: after playing in the lake all day. So meals
: must be filling, not expensive to serve with
: the least amount of work so there will be
: lots of time to visit and play. The past
: two years we had burgers, potato salad,
: pasta salad and chips for one meal. Another
: meal has been Sloppy Joes, hotdogs, with
: salads, beans & chips with a few
: homemade cookies on the side. On Saturday
: night we have made au gratin potatoes with
: ham pieces, salads, & dessert. And of
: course lots of snacks, fruit, veggies, and
: sweets. I would like to make something new
: this year does anyone have ideas? I have
: limited refrigerator and oven space plus two
: Nesco ovens . I try to limit the oven time
: because of the summer heat. Oh yes, we do
: all of the cooking because our family comes
: from all over the world for this week end.
: Does anyone have any meal ideas?
