We are having a 3rd family reunion at our home again this summer. We have family arrive on Friday afternoon and most leave on Sunday after lunch. We have approximately 70, this includes adults and children at our house for the weekend. Everyone is a good eater after playing in the lake all day. So meals must be filling, not expensive to serve with the least amount of work so there will be lots of time to visit and play. The past two years we had burgers, potato salad, pasta salad and chips for one meal. Another meal has been Sloppy Joes, hotdogs, with salads, beans & chips with a few homemade cookies on the side. On Saturday night we have made au gratin potatoes with ham pieces, salads, & dessert. And of course lots of snacks, fruit, veggies, and sweets. I would like to make something new this year does anyone have ideas? I have limited refrigerator and oven space plus two Nesco ovens . I try to limit the oven time because of the summer heat. Oh yes, we do all of the cooking because our family comes from all over the world for this week end. Does anyone have any meal ideas?
