My husband is a pastor and we would like to host an open house Christmas party to thank the volunteers who help us throughout the year. We live in Florida so I am planning on having it outside under a pavillion at my house from 3pm - 6pm and the weather will be in the lower 70's. There will probably be about 50 people. I am at a loss as to what to serve. I was thinking about a crudite platter with dip, hot artichoke dip with french bread, cocktail meatballs, and assorted cookies. Can anyone help with other ideas, or even a different menu? Thanks for your help.
