Our daughter is getting married on 11-28-09. We have a caterer doing lasagna and chicken marsala, bread and salad. I have made up some italian meat balls and have them frozen in foil pans. I plan to have them brought up to temperature using some type of marinara. I also plan to do some vegtables. I will be using the foil type pans for them as well and freezing them so I can get this done ahead of time.
Do you have any ideas for recipes for the marinara and vegatables. Please include quanities for 250 - 300. Thanks for your help!
