To celebrate my husband's birthday we're organising a 4 night break for our friends. Normally, any big events are camping trips, but as his birthday is in the depths of winter, we've had to opt for 4 more solid walls.
The place we've booked has a reasonable kitchen (2 stoves, huge fridge) but I've never catered for so many people for so long! I'd really appreciate some hints and tips on anything, particularly keeping the costs down and easy breakfasts.
As it's winter, I'm sure we'll need plenty of hot meals. I'm particularly dreading breakfasts, as I'm sure at least once I'll feel terrible as I don't normally drink, but will undoubtably end up having a glass or two of wine to toast his birthday!
