I am preparing the food for my son's wedding and really need some help with quantities. It is a 6 pm wedding with appetizers to follow the wedding and a late night buffet supper at 1030 pm.
I want to make sure that I prepare more than enough food.
Can anyone give me an idea about how much I will need?
APPROX. 250 PEOPLE!
Appetizers - served buffet style
-crackers and cheese and sliced pepperoni and polish sausage
-vegetables and dip
-fruit (strawberries,melon, etc.) to go with chocolate fountain
Menu for buffet supper:
-stuffed, boneless turkey (hot, sliced)
- potatoe salad
-macaroni salad - IT WOULD REALLY HELP IF I KNEW HOW MUCH DRY PASTA I NEED TO BUY
-garden salad - how much lettuce
If anyone can help with this I would really appreciate your assistance.
