Gordon Foods has roaster liners that you can also use they are great. Just put the liner in first then your ingredients and afterwards just pull the liner and throw away. They don't melt or so far I haven't melted one but then I haven't cooked above 450.

: When using your electric roaster cook them at
: a lower temperature. Spray the oven with
: pam generously as you will find the clean
: much easier. Cook the potaotes at about 200
: or 250. Every oven has a hot spot and if
: you cook them at too high a temperature you
: will find that they will start to burn.
: About every hour very very gently stir them
: . Use a wide spatula, go down the side
: under the potatoes and turn over towards the
: top; almost like you are foling something
: into egg whites. This cooking process
: would take about 3 hrs. Keep an eye on the
: potatoes so that they don't burn. Good
: Luck.
