I'll be doing the cooking for 50 on a ski trip to CO and need advice, recipes and adjustment instructions for high altitude (9000ft). Cooked oatmeal, baked potatoes, rice cooked in the oven, cooking pasta, cooked cake frosting are a few items that have me puzzled...can anyone help?
