Need help for lg. group (65) in Guatemala
We are going to rural area in Guatemala and need very simple easy meal
ideas and recipes for any of 3 meals a day for 6 days.
This is a medical missions trip and our head cook was in a car accident
and not able to join us HELP!
Remote 6,500 Elevation. stoves/ ovens and refridg. Buying all food in Guatemala City ahead of arrive and it will be trucked there.
Now number looks more like 75-80 medical team doing clinic for local people. Everything must be super simple to prepare. Next week we leave.
Our chef/cook was injured in a car accident so we are now challenge to figure out 6 days of meals and what and how much to order.
