hi, i think two pork choices is too much. i would go with the pulled pork/chicken
i cook my pork in root beer! do not use diet pop.
then i shred it, and add barbecue sauce , i make my own, but you could use bottled.

: Tough call with 3 protein choices but if it
: was me I would allow 2 pieces of fried
: chicken per person and allow oz of sausage.
: I'd use small dinner rolls for the pulled
: pork and serve with tangy coleslaw. We buy
: pork shoulder blade roasts (bone in) for our
: pulled pork(average wieght 10 lbs which will
: yield about 5 lbs) so do two. We dry rub
: ours and let sit overnight in the fridge.
: Put in roasting pan double wrapped with foil
: and bake at 250 for 6 to 8 hours until moist
: and tender virtually falling apart.

: I am having a family reunion with about 40
: people. I am serving sausage & peppers,
: pulled pork and fried chicken. How much of
: each should I cook?? There will also be 3
: salads snacks and desserts.
