I am helping to plan a camping weekend for about 175 people and we want to do a burrito bar for dinner. We will have approximately 65 girls aged 11 or younger, about 50 girls between 12 and 17, and about 50 adults. I would love some help figuring out how much of everything to buy. We'd like to have options for meat, beans and possibly chicken to fill them, plus the usual lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, etc. Some people are vegetarians, but there's no way to find out exactly how many. We're also on a tight budget, so would like to make this happen as economically as possible. We will have access to a full service kitchen.
