hi Im helping a friend cater her wedding.its going to b a cold buffet and she wants Gammon,cold beef and chicken,pasta salad,beetroot salad.carrot salad,pototoe salad and green salad but everything in seperate bowls(guests make up their own)soft cocktail rolls and garlic bread,Dessert will b the wedding cake,ice cream with bar one sauce,coffee tart and fruit salad.My worry is how to work out the correct numbers for it all.and there should b a fish dish what can I do.Also how can I do my beef any ideas?
