Catering for 40?

I'll be preparing an outdoor buffet for approx. 40 - 50 with this menu in mind:
-Kabobs (beef, chicken, sausage & vegetarian)
-Corn Salad
-Pasta Salad
-Roasted garlic potatoes
-Brownies
-Tea
How much of each meat will I need to buy to prepare about 100 kabobs?!
