I had the wedding reception yesterday. I wanted to report, it all went great. We made 2 gallon recipe for Alfredo sauce in an Electric Roaster and it really worked good. We Grilled the Chicken ahead of time and reheated it in the oven when ready to put into sauce. I took a lot of stiring to get the cheese to melt, but it was worth it. I want to thank every one for all the good advice and help me get through another reception. You are all the greatest thanks bunches Shirley
