My absolute FAVORITE tea sandwiches are Carrot Cake Tea Sandwiches from Recipezaar.com. Remember, both the March Hare and the White Rabbit would appreciate those!
They aren't too expensive to make and are SO yummy! You could call them The White Rabbit Tea Sandwiches - He would never be late for these.
Sometimes it is just how you present it, don't you think?
A nice platter of homemade or store bought biscuits (cookies) are always tea friendly.
