I'm in planning a Luau for our community. It is new so we have no history of for attendance. we have 250 homes many with families with 3-6 kids,and some with only 1. We are counting for for 200 people. How many pounds (precooked) of Pork Butt should be buy if we are having self serve pork sandwiches with hotdogs, boiled corn, coleslaw, macaroni salad, fruit, baked beans and chips?
