Hi all: The theme of the senior (high school age) banquet at camp this year is safari. I'm looking for menu ideas. The meal will either be plated or served family style.
I'm not looking for authenticity as much as the flavor of what may have been consumed on a big game safari on the plains of Africa. So, common American foods are okay as long as they have the look and feel of the theme.
I’d love to see what ideas are out there.
