Thank you for your quick response. Sorry it took me a while to return the message. We will be renting equipment and I needed to contact someone about renting fryers.
The event is outdoors. We will be in a 25' x 70' tent...not sure about sides on the tent. The fryers could be electric (needs 220 volt---30 amps) or propane. Not sure yet what we can get.
The batter for the funnel cakes comes in cases that will make 150 cakes per case. Apparently they take a lot of oil too...no wonder they taste so good!!
