80,000 people?????

I am from Ontario, Canada and in September our area is hosting a Plowing Match. There is a possibility of 80,000 people attending. My boyfriend and I are renting a food booth for 5 days and I wondered if you could help us prepare for it. We are planning on making curly fries and funnel cakes. How many deep fryers do we need to rent, how many potatoes, funnel cake batter, condiments, etc do we need? Also I am planning to sell bags of peanut brittle, nuts, candies, etc. for people to grab and munch on. We probably need drinks too. Can you give us any idea how to prepare? Of course we won't have 80,000 people stopping by our booth. There will be lots of other vendors. Thanks for your help. Debbie
