I am holding my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary next Sat. I have everything for the Grand Marnier Chicken. Here are some of my problems.
1. The hall where I am having it does not have a kitchen, but does have a microwave. I will be using chafing dishes, but I will have to be there rather early. Thinking of the cambro cooler?? Any suggestions?
2. I need a side dish, again one that will keep for a few hours either in a chafing dish or microwaved to warm and then put into chafing dish, ie. rice or potato?
3. Would baked ziti be a good second main course in addition to this or should I find a beef or ham entree?
