Thank you so much for your replies. I've decided to do the beans and pasta salad (thank you Chef Steve for the amounts). Thanks, Kathy for the idea of using a station for the burger fixins'.
I'm going to start borrowing coolers and making ice. Wish me luck on May 2nd. The wind is usually whipping this time of year.
