Has anyone had experience with liquid eggs? i ma doing more and more breakfast menus for now upt o 250 people. what do hospitals use and other such large places to do scrambled eggs. i am sure they don't break 1,000's of eegs.... but want the quality to be good. Even fast food restaurants, McDonald's scrambled eggs aren't bad, thye taste real, nay ideas? thank you!
