for this many people you will need a roaster full of baked beans at least 4 big cans and for the scalloped taters you will need at least 150 lbs of taters and probably more to fill up another roaster full you didn't say what else is on the menu so the people will look down the line to see what else is to eat. what kind of meat are you gonna have??? and how much???
