I had a catering business several years ago and another job to and I had to let the fun catering job go. I have been approached by an event person for me to do all of their catering. There is a restaurant next door that he owns, and also labor when I need it. I would just have to order and make sure the place is decorated, event goes well, food there and clean up. I have no idea what I need to charge. HE suggested an hourly rate plus so much for each event. I know it takes a lot of hard work and I am experienced at it. I am thinking of $25/hr but how should I approach the event amount.
