I NEED AMOUNTS OF HOW MUCH FOOD TO MAKE FOR A PARTY FOR 70 PEOPLE.THE AMOUNTS ON THIS SITE ARE USUALLY FOR A SERVING FOR 50,100,ETC,BUT FOR INSTANCE I'M SERVING 3 MEATS SO I KNOW I NEED LESS IF I'M SERVING 3 TYPES OF MEATS,SALADS,ETC.THIS IS MY MENU:

FRUIT PUNCH
ANOTHER QUESTION,I'M SERVING SALMON BECAUSE WE HAVE SEVERAL NON MEAT EATERS.WOULD IT BE RUDE TO SERVE THE SALMON TO THE NON MEATERS FROM THE KITCEN AND NOT PUT THE SALMON ON THE BUFFET FOR EVERYONE? I KNOW IF IT'S ON THE TABLE THE MEAT EATERS WILL EAT SALMON AS WELL
