If you'll do a search for Taco's on this website you find lots of info that's already been shared. In any event, here's a link to a Taco recipe that serves 100-2 tacos each, just divide the recipe in half for your group. You can sub packaged taco seasoning for all the loose ingred. listed. http://www.quartermaster.army.mil/aces/publications/pubs/recipes/section_l/L03400.pdf
For teens, I'd allow at least 3 each. You can always freeze whatever meat/cheese/salsa is leftover.

: food for these kids. Do the regular
: conversions work? Should I double
: everything!!! Please help. Also this is my
: first time cooking for a large group. There
: will be about 30 people (20 boys) which is
: large for me! I have a week so I have plenty
: of time and it will be held in my home so I
: have access to whatever I need.
