Hi everyone, I am doing a turkey open house for our neighborhood legion and I need your advise please. We are going to make real turkey sandwiches (not the deli turkey slices) and I need to know how many birds I will need?? Can anyone tell me the approximate amount of sandwiches (on a bun)I would get out of 1 10# bird? We are planning for around 400 people. Any help would be great!! Thank you all...you're the best!!
