Hello
I am a volunteer,one of several. We cook for the local nursing homes on a monthly basis. We are looking for inexpensive dinner suggestions as the cost is mostly out-of-pocket preparations. We cook in our homes and transport the meals, Any tips that can help us with preparation of nutritional meals, transportation so the food arrives hot, proper cooking ware, etc. will be very appreciated. We usually serve around 50-60 people at one setting.
Also, if you have any entertainment and/or presentation ideas, I'm sure our guests would appreciate and enjoy the extra effort.
