I used the rice website, 1-2-3 and the baking in the oven quantity idea. It worked beautifully! I may do rice that way each time and boy, did we need stove top space. I had a big pot (and roaster) filled with the chicken a la king mixture, a pot of rice made only with water and a vegetarian 'a la king', along with an extra pot of water in case we needed more ric or sauce....
