Dessert buffet

 [URL=http://dessert buffet]dessert buffet I am on my fourth wedding in 26 months. I guess I should have had my kids farther apart! For this one, I have decided not to do the food ourselves. We are too tired to do it again. We are having a caterer do the meal, but we would like a dessert buffet instead of plain cake for dessert. We are renting a four foot chocolate fountain for milk chocolate dipping, and a smaller one for white chocolate. We will have strawberries, pineapple, pretzels, marshmallows, ice cream wafers, etc. for dipping. The usual. Does anyone have ideas as to what we should put along with it for a complete buffet? This will be served at the same time as the coffee, so we thought we would add the groom's favorite Norwegian cookie for dipping and a local treat, sponge candy. It seems like we should have something substantial along with it. Any ideas.
