I am a high school counselor in charge of making taco filling at home for the Freshman Class food sales every friday. Each class level holds food sales at lunch on a different day of the week. So do special clubs etc. We don't have much competition from the cafeteria but we have put out a really tasty product to keep the kids buying Friday lunch from us and not high carb snack food from at least five other sources. Our class picked a meal that would be healthy as well as appealing. Can you help me find a good recipe? Our first sale was poorly advertised but we still sold 76 tacos. I think the recipe used was uninspired and lacking in flavor. We have 585 kids in the school so there is lots of room for growth if the taste is great.
