I have always been like Lucille Ball (accident waiting to happen) & my cooking was nothing to write home about. When my husband told me we were going to host a benefit dinner for our daughter, panic, anxiety and fear almost took over...then I found your website...It was so easy to read, understand and follow...I did all the cooking myself and found it to be very easy! The instructions and tips on serving a crowd were so helpful! Everyone enjoyed themselves. I can actually say this was a wonderful experience. This website is on my "favorites"! Thank you so much!!!
