We're having an Octoberfest at work to be held during lunch hour. We'll be grilling brats and other sausages. Any ideas for German-type sides to go along? There will be 80 people. The sides will be prepared at home. We have only a couple of microwaves at work for reheating. I have an 18qt roaster and crock pots to work with.
