g'morning chef david
i would think you will need to provide a breakfast "buffet" as cyclists are all different in their needs before riding
slow release carbs such as oatmeal would be good
assorted muffins would be a hit
yogurt, tons of fruit choices......
perhaps a version of an egg mcmuffin
i think variety would be the key to a successful breakfast each day
ps- dont forget to take some bug spray!!
good luck!

: Now its my turn to ask for help! We will be
: preparing brakfast every morning at 6:00 am
: for a group of cyclists. We will be in a
: different campsite location each day with no
: cooking facilities except what we bring with
: us - large gas BBQ, a few butane burners.
: These folks will need a lost of carbs since
: they are cycling all day. We want to vary
: the menu for them. In most cases our kitchen
: is about an hour away.
