I tore both my rotator cuffs and had a frozen shoulder, double hernia along with sciatica and none are close to this; although, the sciatica is in the same ball park. The problem is with this type of nerve damage the pain is always present. Sciatica (or at least the usual type) goes away with bed rest.
I have a type of sciatica that is complicated by a bone spur that is doing a number on the nerve. I still have to do all kinds of exercises to strengthen my back, even if is not the solution. Doctors are not good at diagnosing what needs to be done and the long-term effects, in my case.
Eliz is not good. Thanks for the suggestions.
