similar thing happened to my business partner

Her brother, 42 yrs old, health nut, exerciser, no drugs, doesn't drink anything harder than wine - dropped dead on Saturday. Left the house to go buy some tortillas and was dead in his car 5 minutes later. The autopsy was inconclusive, they have no idea what happened. Just awful. The funeral is today
