We've tried him on supplements but I'm giving that another go. He was allergic to the flavor in the ones the vet sold to me so I"ll go see Drs. Foster/Smith (heh) and see if they've got stuff that he can tolerate. Thanks so much!! Vet told me he needed a pretty high dose of glucosamine/chondroitin and I know that can give me a stomache so I'll start smaller and work up.
I appreciate the support, sweepea. I jes love him ta bits ya know and I hate seeing him not enjoy some things anymore. He's still got interest, coat is good, eyes shining but he does get fatigued and he's in pain too. I'll cut back on his walks too.
