So very glad you're here, hon...

It's always easier to help others than help ourselves...that introspection thing can be a painful process. I'm also happy that you held on to your sobriety...kudos to you! Twenty-four years is nothing to sneeze at...congrats for that...

We do have a lovely bunch of folks here ready and willing to lend a shoulder or a hand whenever needed...we've been there too, and the load is easier to bear when shared.
